Although Facebook has a bad reputation for being breastfeeding friendly, (repeatedly deleting peoples accounts for showing pictures of breastfeeding which are classed as obscene) there are lots of breastfeeding friendly pages and groups on there.

Breastfeeding Toddlers
A place to celebrate normal term nursing. Where breastfeeding toddlers are not repressed, intimidated or told they are doing something unnatural.
The World Health Organisation states that every infant should be allowed to breastfeed for a minimum of two years, and thereafter for as long and both mother and child mutually desire.
Breastfeeding Community
Breastfeeding Community provides support through awareness. The website has a database of breastfeeding support groups covering the whole of the UK, and yes, that does include Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales too! The infomation on the groups can be accessed via an interactive map.

well done for all your work. I have been writting all day re the Ed Muliband issue as it was on TV again today.
I am in the process of making a controversal breastfeeding promotional DVD and want all breastfeeding mums to come for a group cut away shot. I have sent Lisa an email but please contact me for details and hopefully we can cause a stir and get BF up there in the news again.
