By Lisa Lactivist, on December 3rd, 2012 Lactivist mugs are nicely sized and dishwasher proof – they are made in Eastern Europe and printed in Bristol.
The images are heat pressed so the artwork is embedded into the ceramic mug. They won’t fade and they are dishwasher safe. They have been tested for months in a dishwasher with no deterioration in quality.
Stock levels are pretty good at the moment but I’m unlikely to get more printed before Christmas so get them while you can! I’ve got the ever popular Breastfeeding Bingo in stock as well as the classic Keep Calm and Carry on Breastfeeding or for babywearers Keep Calm and Carry your Baby.
There are very small quantities of the Kate Evans special mugs in stock too which along with her book ‘The Food of Love‘ would make the most wonderful present for any breastfeeding mum.
Mugs are £9.50 including postage and the come packaged in sturdy post proof boxes.

By Lisa Lactivist, on October 19th, 2011 Lovely Lactivist customers have been sending in photos of their children in their Lactivist slogan t-shirts for some years now. I was just sorting out my computer and I came across this batch from about 5 years ago. Back then I was doing transfers on t-shirts but I’ve changed over to more hardwearing screenprinting since, that’s why some of the designs you can see in the pictures are not for sale anymore.
My son (who is now 8) is in there, can you spot your children?
By Lisa Lactivist, on July 7th, 2011 Lactivist has stopped selling badges individually – it cost me money when people bought just one but I am selling them in lucky dip packs of 50.
I could bring them back in packs of 5 but if I do, which designs would you like to see? You can choose 5 options.
Also, do you prefer them big or small?

By Lisa Lactivist, on April 26th, 2011 I’ve just had a big delivery of badges, keyrings and magnets and bribed a small child to sort them out for me while I got them onto the website at www.lactivist.co.uk.
Badges are either 45mm or 25mm in diameter, plastic coated with sharp metal pins (not for kids). Keyrings are a safer alternative, they are plastic coated have a mirror on the back (my son still loves mirrors!) and a metal ring. Magnets are 45mm in diameter and plastic coated. They all cost £1 each.
You can see the full range of big and small badges here:

Keyrings are here:

By Lisa Lactivist, on July 6th, 2010 This beautiful design is by the very talented Sarah of www.inkworths.co.uk – she also makes Fizzy Lizzy Fairies and Lactivist is very lucky to get her to design for us.
The design is based on a drop of milk that contains a mum breastfeeding a baby, twins and full term breastfeeding.
Organic cotton is farmed without pesticides, using natural methods. This means that it is better for the health of the farmers and their communities, and also better for the environment.
These bags are big enough to fit a laptop into. They measure 44cm accross the top, 34cm from top to bottom. They have a rectangular base so they stand up.
The straps are 62cm long so they are comfortable to wear over one shoulder.
And they cost a fiver at www.lactivist.co.uk
By Lisa Lactivist, on June 16th, 2010 This is Billy and he is very very excited because from now until the end of Breastfeeding Awareness Week everything at www.lactivist.co.uk is discounted by a whopping 30%!

By Lisa Lactivist, on June 29th, 2009 Come on folks I need some help here! When my milk dried up I think it took my slogan ideas with it.
I am looking for short, snappy slogans that can be put onto badges and keyrings.
Winner gets a Lactivist t-shirt of their choice, and a whopping 50 badges or keyrings of their own idea and huge thanks! If you are a member of a breastfeeding group you could get your heads together to come up with ideas, raffle your prize t-shirt and share the badges. If you enter individually you would have loads of badges to give away as presents.
Post your ideas here and I’ll be in touch if you are a winner.
This competition runs forever!
Ideas must be original, and not used by anyone else.
Competition only for the UK and Europe, but ideas from all over the world are welcome!
By Lisa Lactivist, on June 28th, 2009 Please visit www.lactivist.co.uk for t-shirts, badges, keyrings, bags, postcards and more things that promote breastfeeding and gentle parenting.
Lactivist T-shirts for adults are available from www.zazzle.co.uk/lactivist and these ones can be shipped all over the world too. There are also some lactivist designs on Cafe Press at www.cafepress.co.uk/sk/lactivistworld
