Being a man who was not breastfeed, I grew up with all the challenges of everyone else. I wanted to know why women did not use a bottle and thought BF was nasty, but it was education that changed my mind. I have four daughters(all nursed average of 2 hrs) and my wife has educated me with proof and now I blog and speak on the benefits of BF. I would never be embarrased at God’s perfect design.

Thank you Michael, I have just been looking at your blog – http://offdachainandouttadabox.wordpress.com/, my son had to do a food diary for a week too and I wondered how many of the parents altered it to look healthy, I also wondered if I was steering him to healthy choices because he had to write it all down
