I don’t really have a good tip. My babe is a preemie and will be in the NICU for a few months. He is doing well though!
Three benefits:
1. easily digested (more so than formula)
2. less chance of baby getting NEC (yuck! – definitely don’t want this)
3. antibiotics in breast milk for baby
