Baby yoga, is a dynamic and fun opportunity for intimacy, positive touch, loving interaction and bonding with your baby. It offers quality physical stimulation including rhythmical movement, developmental support, new ideas for holding and carrying your baby and playful communication through rhymes and song. Please bring a blanket for the floor or ideally a yoga mat.
Leonie teaches Baby Yoga at Bristol City Yoga.

1.30-2.30 Baby Reflexology with Sarah Lambert & Claire Collins - 12 spaces for carer and baby. Parents who wish to participate should bring a small blanket, changing mat or muslin to put on the floor. A blanket is also preferable as the floor is wooden and this will be more comfortable for the baby to lie on. It is best for parents interested in baby reflexology to have short or shortish nails as long nails make it difficult to do the reflexology. MOTHER…
Holistic massage is beneficial throughout pregnancy with varying techniques that suit all stages. Most of the massage that I offer at this time involves you lying on you side while bolsters and supports are provided throughout the treatment for your comfort. Massage helps you to sleep, alleviates heartburn, eases backache and reconnects you to your body at this time of change.Massage suits women at all stages of pregnancy but if your not sure you could ask you GP or Midwife.
BABY…
In a cosy warm environment I hold Baby Massage classes. Every session begins with relaxation time for the parent. This deeply bonding massage encourages a strong sense of self that develops confidence and well-being in children as they grow. A course will teach you how to massage your baby, including techniques that relieve colic, teething and sleeplessness. At the end of a session we usually have a room of blissed out babies but there is always time at some point for some playful exercises. You will receive course notes and a bottle of baby massage oil.
