You know…this is so interesting. Many women have baby, Try one short feed, hate it and stop. Forever. maybe its this and if they knew about it they’d give it more chance?

I suffer the same and am glad to hear I am not alone in these crazy angry feelings that appear spontaneously for no apparent reason. I feel like I have no control over them, but as soon as I begin expressing, it subsides. But before I begin, beware those that talk to me!

I think it happens a lot more than you think and women just aren’t aware that it is a real condition that will pass with time.

For many reasons. Breastfeeding protects the baby against a lot of childhood diseases and the mother is less likely to get breast cancer later in life. Formula fed babies are more likely to have asthma, skin problems, obesity, more likely to die of cot death and research has shown that breastfed babies have a higher IQ. Formula should be there as a last resort when mothers cannot breastfeed but because we see so many adverts for it a lot of people believe it is as good as breastmilk, it’s not.
