Hi I wondered if anyone can help? When i went to a weaning class a few months ago i remember being told that if i am still breastfeeding at 6 months then i need to start to give my baby vitamin drops?”
What can we do to help this Mum?
I live in Holland where we routinely give vitamin D and K drops to breastfed babies from 8 days old (and continue giving D until age 4 once they start on cow’s milk).

My children had vit K orally when born. I remember getting vit drops with baby no 1 and still feeding, but haven’t gave any to the other 4, who were all breastfed until 2 1/2-3 yrs, am still feeding 20 month have given no vitamins so far XXXX
