Hiya, just wondering if you could help me complain to and about ebay UK. Last week when searching for something to boost my milk production I found that a seller has been flogging pictures of women (some looking as young as 16)breastfeeding their newborns in his smutty photo store named “adult photos”. I reported it straight away, however over a week later these photos are still there. I think the seller is based in the U.S. so maybe using some sort of loophole to get away with it. The guy is exploiting babies for fetishists and ebay isn’t doing anything to stop it. It makes me sick to the stomach – it’s essentially saying “hey, child porn’s ok!” I’m tempted to go to the press, hopefully that would get ebay to bother sorting the moron out. Any advice? Are you able to raise awareness etc to get something done about this? It’s horrific! Those poor babies

I have put reports in too…you are right, these photo’s should not be for sale, it’s disgusting. I will post this on Facebook too.

Actually I don’t feel particularly strongly against these photos; they are not explicit or sexual photos – believe me if you google something like “sexy breastfeeding” you will get stuff that is far more inappropriate. I appreciate they are being sold amongst adult photos, so the suggestion is that people are going to find them sexual. I wonder where he got the photos – they just look like normal snapshots rather than something taken with the aim of exploitation. There are plenty of breastfeeding pictures available on the web, in magazines, brochures, etc. Should we ban these pictures in case some pervert likes the image and cuts them out keeps them?

“it’s essentially saying “hey, child porn’s ok!”” <- in what way? There's no naked kids.
I don't see the problems with these pictures, except possible issues with permission; that's between the women in them and the seller though.
